- Medicare card
- Birth certificate
- Citizenship certificate
- Bank card, debit card, or other card issued by an Australian banking institution
- Pension card
2 Proof of your residence
- Telstra bill
- Utility bill such as gas, electricity, water, etc…
- Rates notice
3 Proof of Income
- 2 x most recent pay slips
- 3 months bank statements (6 months for self-employed)
- BAS/Tax return for self-employed
