MONEY3 Corporation Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. You can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

MONEY3 Corporation Limited may give information about you to a credit reporting agency, but only limited kinds of information allowed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth).

This includes:

  • Identity particulars - this only includes your name, sex, date of birth, current known address, two immediate previous addresses, your current or last known employer, and your current driver's licence number.
  • The fact you have applied for credit and amount.
  • The fact that MONEY3 is a credit provider to you.
  • Payments overdue for at least 60 days, when MONEY3 has taken steps to recover.
  • Advice that payments are no longer overdue.
  • The opinion of MONEY3 that you have committed a serious credit infringement.
  • When the credit provided to you has been discharged.

MONEY3 Corporation Limited may exchange information with other Credit Providers (Section 18(N)(1)(b) Privacy Act 1988)

MONEY3 Corporation Limited may check personal information about you with any credit provider named in your credit application, and with other credit providers that may be named in a credit report issued by a reporting agency, for any of the following purposes:-

  • To assess your creditworthiness;
  • To assess an application by you for credit;
  • To help you avoid defaulting on my credit obligations;
  • To notify a default by you;
  • The collection of overdue payments

Access to Commercial Credit Information (Section 18L(4) Privacy Act 1988)

For the purpose of assessing your application for credit, MONEY3 may obtain a report containing information about your commercial activities or commercial worthiness, from a business, which provides information about the commercial credit worthiness of persons.

MONEY3 Corporation Limited may contact/request information from any person/company provided on the application and the applicant/s authorise that person/company to provide such information.
